Man beats own Guinness World Record for longest time spent in ice cubes

He broke his own previous record by 30 minutes, standing in 200 kilograms of ice
Josef Koeberl broke his own Guinness World Record for longest immersion in ice cubes in the city of Melk, Austria, on the 6th of September. He spent two hours, 30 minutes and 57 seconds immersed in 200 kilograms of ice. The previous Guinness World Record of two hours, 8 minutes and 47 seconds, was his as well, and it was set by him in 2019.
Koeberl achieved this feat on the banks of the Danube where a crowd had gathered to watch his attempt at creating a new record. After emerging from his box of ice, he said that the sun “felt really great on his back.”
He said that he was planning to break his own personal record one more time next year, in Los Angeles.
